Rule of every tournament is different.

We do not cancel registrations once entered. In an exceptional situation, that there is an error & fault while making payment or participation fee, for any tournament or match, we will refund the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation.

In case, any match or tournament is cancelled from our side or we cancel your participation in any Mobile Game or tournament or Contest because of any reason, we will Refund your entry fee in your wallet within a reasonable amount of time which can be withdrawn or utilized to play other tournament.

In case of payments made through a payment gateway or a wallet, payments refund will be made to the same account.

Please note that the user must withdraw any idle balance lying in their ‘Wallet’ within 365 days of having won that amount. Similarly, users must use any money in their ‘Wallet’ within 365 days. If not, the said amounts will have to be forfeited.
